Romaine lettuce
torn or cut into bite size pieces

avacado
sliced into bite size pieces (optional)

cherry tomatoes
halved

Parmesan Cheese
freshly grated

red onion
thinly sliced
1/4

pine nuts
optional
Dressing

Tbs.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1
Tbs.
red wine vinegar

clove garlic
pressed or minced
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Place all salad ingredients in a large bowl, and gently toss to mix
In a small bowl, stir dressing ingredients together to mix well.
Cover and refrigerate until serving time. Uncover, add dressing to salad and toss before serving.
